Kokoro Connect
Five members of the school culture club—Taichi Yaegashi, Iori Nagase, Himeko Inaba, Yui Kiriyama, and Yoshifumi Aoki—encounter a bizarre phenomenon one day when Aoki and Yui switch personalities without warning. The same begins to happen to the other club members, throwing their daily lives into chaos. At first the five students find some amusement among the confusion, but this connection also exposes the painful scars hidden within their hearts... When their calm lives are shattered, the relationships between the five students also begin to change!

1. Breaking Down Day by Day
The heartseeds put the gang through another emotional rollercoaster as their feelings are able to be transmitted to each other randomly.
2. See Nothing, Understand Nothing
Iori is hit the hardest by the heartseed and distances herself from the gang. Meanwhile, Himeko and Taichi try to patch things up.
3. Determination and Resolution
The gang must continue on without Iori, but Kaoru tries to sabotage the team. Meanwhile, Iori must come to terms with herself.
4. Connecting Hearts
Himeko gets kidnapped and the others must come to her rescue. Afterwards, the gang learns many things about themselves.
