Cheyenne
Cheyenne Bodie was a big man, a former army scout who went west after the American Civil War and drifted from job to job, here a cowboy, there a lawman, and always a larger-than-life hero. CHEYENNE is an American western television series of 108 black-and-white episodes broadcast on ABC from 1955 to 1963. The show was the first hour-long western, and in fact the first hour-long dramatic series of any kind, with continuing characters, to last more than one season. It was also the first series to be made by a major Hollywood film studio which did not derive from its established film properties, and the first of a long chain of Warner Brothers original series produced by William T. Orr.

16. The Brand
Cheyenne Bodie (Clint Walker) stops at a cabin for help with a lame horse, and is shot at. He soon ends up on the wrong side of a posse.
17. Decision at Gunsight
Cheyenne takes over a livery stable in exchange for money he is owed. Then he finds out why he got it so cheap. A protection racket runs the town and Cheyenne faces a showdown with the leader when he refuses to pay.
18. The Spanish Grant
The only survivor of a stage coach robbery is an infant boy. He is also the heir to a large land grant and someone else wants the land.
19. Hard Bargain
A bank robber that Cheyenne is bringing in, saves him when he's caught in a bear trap.
20. The Broken Pledge
An Indian uprising results when reporter Fay Kirby tries to interview Sitting Bull.
